How are they vetted (resume, coding test, ID, video verification)?

We run a multi‑step vetting process: resume/LinkedIn review, timed coding assessment, and a live mock session to evaluate debugging, communication, and professionalism. Candidates also complete ID + video verification before they can take sessions. Only a small percentage (less than 1%) are approved, and all agree to our security and conduct standards.
