How secure is it (encryption, no code stored, no recordings)?
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2/1.3) and at rest using industry-standard protocols. We don’t store your code or transcripts by default — interactions are ephemeral and used only to provide the requested support. There are no audio/video recordings unless you explicitly choose to create them. Our security approach is designed around minimal retention and maximum developer control, so nothing persists unless you want it to.
We don’t store user code outside the session, we don’t record sessions, and helpers are prohibited from copying snippets externally. All data is encrypted in transit, and we only pass what’s required for diagnosis (never secrets or credentials). Trust and confidentiality are part of the onboarding contract and continuous QA process.
