How do you envision scaling if this works (100 → 1,000 → 10,000 sessions)?

The model scales linearly: we recruit and vet more helpers in parallel to demand, supported by automation in matching, QA, and payouts. At 100 sessions/week it’s mostly manual oversight; at 1,000 sessions/week we bring in dedicated community managers; at 10,000+, it’s fully automated with regional helper pools. The infrastructure and economics are designed to expand without breaking.
