How are helpers matched to the right user?

Helpers are matched based on four factors: the platform (Lovable, Replit, etc.) the user’s stack (React, Python, LangChain, etc.), the type of issue they report (debugging, deployment, API integration), and helper availability in real time. Our system tags helpers by specialization and experience so we route to the best fit automatically, rather than random assignment. We also balance by ratings — higher-rated helpers get prioritized in matching. This ensures users get fast, relevant help without long wait times.
